Terms: C.O.D. for first delivery. Terms are regularly 15 days and or subject to credit approval. Credit terms will be strictly enforced and orders will not be released if past due balances exist. An interest charge of 5% per month will be applied to past due accounts.
Price Changes: Our prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to notify customers in advance of price changes, but please realize that this is not always possible due to sudden price fluctuations due to material costs and changes in the Euro.
Special Order Items: We will make every effort to obtain any ingredient that you, our customer requests. If it is not a stock item, we will need sufficient time to source and receive a special order item.
New Items: We are constantly researching new organic products from Italy and introduce new items every month.
